Wash and Fold Questions
Every wash and fold order includes Oxyclean treatment and spot treatment at no extra charge, along with sock matching and hang-dry on request with hangers included.
No. Oxyclean and spot treatment are both included in your wash and fold price at no additional cost.
Simply drop your laundry off at 139 Baldwin Square, Fairhope, AL, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. We’ll text you when it’s ready.
Yes. Just tell us if something needs cold water only, delicate cycle only, tumble dry low, or any other special instruction, and we’ll follow it.

Pickup and Delivery Questions
Sign up online, choose your pickup and delivery dates and times, select recurring or as-needed service, and add any special instructions. Once you submit your order, just set your laundry out on your scheduled pickup date.
Bag your laundry in a kitchen trash bag (or a few, if certain items need special handling) and leave it out for the driver at the location you specify.
Your driver will collect your laundry on your scheduled pickup date, and we’ll wash, dry, and fold it before returning it on your scheduled delivery date.
When scheduling, use the Preferences and Special Instructions fields to note anything from detergent preferences to where the driver should pick up or drop off your laundry.
Pickups run Monday mornings (7:00–10:00 AM), Monday afternoons (4:00–7:00 PM), Wednesday afternoons (4:00–7:00 PM), and Thursday mornings (7:00–10:00 AM). Laundry delivery follows on your scheduled delivery day.
Pickups will run Monday through Thursday with the next day Drop-Off on Tuesday through Friday.
Pricing FAQ
For wash and fold drop-off, you pay when you pick up your order in-store. For laundry pickup and delivery, the card on file for your account is charged once your laundry is ready for delivery.
Fairhope Fold charges by the dry, finished weight of your laundry.
All in-store drop off laundry is priced at $2.50 per pound with a $20 minimum, except for comforters and pet beds. Those items are priced $20 each and have no minimum.(At $20 each, they already meet the $20 minimum.)
For pickup and delivery, laundry is priced at $2.65 per pound for recurring weekly or biweekly service and $2.75 per pound for one-time or as-needed service with a $45 minimum. Comforters and pet beds, however, for pickup and delivery are $20 each but will incur a $15 fee to have any orders with any of those items picked up and delivered.

There is no minimum applied to comforters and pet beds.
Large items like comforters and pet beds are $20 each, regardless of size and individual weight.
To have any order containing these items picked up and delivered will incur an additional $15 fee whether it for just one comforter or pet bed or more.
